Our lines of communication are strictly enforced to ensure that no contractor or supplier tries to deal directly with the Client and in so doing alleviates confusion, miscommunication and the associated stress thereof.
All professional persons appointed by P-D-P or the Client will be asked to communicate directly with the appointed Construction Project Manager who in turn will issue any instructions to the contractors and suppliers. In this way, total accountability and control is assured on the project.
Once the approved plans have been received by P-D-P, we will ensure the main contractor transfers the total project brief into a software based master time programme which identifies and tracks major activities and milestones of the project.
All additions, changes or delays to the scope of works together with the originator of such additions or changes will be recorded and updated every second month.
