Methodology
P-D-P would be appointed the Principal Agent and as such would appoint the Principle Building Contractor by means of a JBCC agreement as well as appoint all other contractors, suppliers of materials and/or services required to complete the scope of work on behalf of the Client.
In the case where the Client has a previous relationship with a contractor or supplier, these suppliers and or contractors would first be vetted and approved by P-D-P and then incorporated into the project.
